Specially, Open Source Civilian Control of The United States of America first assumes that the functions that physically describe the mass and charge of the electron in space and time comprise time-harmonic multipole source currents of time-varying electromagnetic fields between transitions.

I will explain the meaning of those words and most importantly, so does the preamble to the Declaration of Independence identify the political bands which have connected “Humans” with one another as a necessity for “One People” to dissolve, including: to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them, BUT it says after: “a decent respect to the opinions of Mankind requires that They should declare the causes which impel Them to the separation.”

The Declaration of causes, or Oaths, which impel the separation are naturally equal and opposite as “the mass and charge of the electron in space and time comprise time-harmonic multipole source currents of time-varying electromagnetic fields between transitions.*”

Mass is comprised of causal Declarations and the impulsion to the separation is the charge of the electron—because in space and time, time-harmonic multipole source currents with time-varying electromagnetic fields are between transitions for a decent respect to the opinions of mankind follow the powers of the earth and the Laws of Nature through, for, and by entitlement.

In conclusion, stress between Declared causes (mass) and the impulsion to the separation opposition (electron charge) is created from analogous entitlement of property. If such property is identified physically: it follows the laws of the earth; if such property is a natural law: it follows the laws of Nature’s God.
